The members of staff in our classroom are:

 

Mrs Kilpin - Teacher (Monday to Thursday)

Mrs Breeze - Teacher (Friday)

Mr Waters - Teaching Assistant (Monday to Thursday)

Mrs Liddicott - Teaching Assistant (Friday)

 

As the oldest pupils in the school, our class have responsibilities and jobs that we can choose to be involved in, such as:

• helping the younger children at lunchtime
• helping members of staff with assembly
• collecting Dojo points
• pupil-led groups
• reading partners
• playground leaders

In our class, we earn Dojo points to help to motivate us in our learning and our behaviour.  These accumulate and we can then receive rewards.

Our teacher loves to read and encourages us to do the same. We are following the accelerated readers scheme, where we get to read a range of books, earn points and collect rewards. 

Across our school, we also try to earn house points and the winning team is invited to a house party.

As we are nearing the end of our time at primary school, we have lots to learn. At the top of this page you will find links to help with reading and spelling, along with information on some of the things we have done during the year. We also sometimes receive a little more support as we head towards SATs (statutory assessments) in May.
